One of the great things about the Mountain West is the ability to get out of town and see… well, nothing! Visitors to the region will often pull over and take photos of the empty landscape – uninterrupted by buildings, houses, and other manmade objects that exist in their everyday sights.
Is there opportunity for industry in places like this? Absolutely. Should we build on these lands? Let’s hope not. Thank a stubborn landowner and the BLM for taking care of this land and keeping it open. Even though you don’t see it on the landscape, it is one of the most thought-provoking vistas to stare into while coming up with real business ideas. Sometimes it just takes getting out of town and staring into this, to formulate your best ideas.
